By accessing or using the PotentELL platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
PotentELL provides an educational platform and Google Slides add-on designed to support English Language Learners (ELLs) through interactive visual vocabulary tools. The Service includes both free and premium features.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By submitting content, you grant PotentELL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of PotentELL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PotentELL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
